Happy Work, Healthy Life - Demonstration Zone Holds Employee Physical Health Monitoring Activity

To improve the national physical fitness monitoring system and guide the public in scientific fitness, on June 15, the Social Management and Security Bureau and the General Trade Union jointly held a "Happy Work, Healthy Life" physical fitness monitoring activity for employees in the Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone.
Under the guidance of staff, nearly 200 employees underwent ten tests, including grip strength, vertical jump, push-ups, sit-ups, and standing on one leg with eyes closed. After the tests, the staff provided each participant with a physical fitness assessment report based on the data indicators, helping them understand their physical fitness and the patterns of change. The event also invited Tang Jianwen, director of Nantong Sports Science Research Institute, to provide on-site guidance, interpret the physical fitness assessment reports, and give scientific and reasonable fitness guidance.
This physical fitness monitoring activity not only raised employees' awareness of their own health and participation in scientific exercise, but also laid a solid foundation for the scientific, systematic, and standardized development of mass sports work in the demonstration zone.
