Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd.'s 2023 annual work summary and commendation meeting was held as scheduled in the Party building meeting room. Mr. Huang

Yubing, General Manager, Ms. Song Yuqin, Executive Vice President, Mr. Lu Shuangfei, Mr. Huang Chenling, Deputy General Manager, and

Mr. Gu Feifei, factory director, along with more than 100 employees, family members, and guests from various departments, factories, and subsidiaries attended.

The meeting began with General Manager Huang Yubing delivering a work report on behalf of the company. He acknowledged the achievements made by various departments in the face of the severe market situation last year; the company's performance increased by approximately 6% year-on-year.

He also set higher expectations and encouraged employees in all departments to hone and improve themselves in the new year.

In his report, he elaborated on the past year's work from three aspects: business management, product research and development, and corporate culture.

He also addressed how Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. can overcome the challenges and achieve even greater success in the increasingly fierce competition in the textile market.

During the commendation ceremony, General Manager Huang Yubing and Deputy General Manager Huang Chenling announced the awards for

outstanding Hongyang employees and quarterly outstanding employees, and presented awards to the winners. For employees who helped the company recruit talent,

the company also established a Bole Award to encourage employees to actively inject fresh blood into the company.

establishing a caring workers committee and the Hongyang Love Fund to provide financial assistance to the children of outstanding employees and employees facing family difficulties,

Finally, General Manager Huang Yubing gave a guiding speech at the annual summary and commendation meeting.

He pointed out that the past year was one of both severe and rapid development in the textile market. The company, leveraging its own industrial chain advantages,

seized the quilt wool market and developed machine-washable wool quilts, becoming a pioneer in China in establishing group standards for machine-washable wool quilts,

laying a solid foundation for 2024. He encouraged all employees to seize the opportunity, further strengthen their training, maintain their unity and striving spirit,

treat their work as a career, integrate their career into their lives, innovate, and with greater enthusiasm, a more positive attitude, and firmer steps,

continue to write new chapters and create new glories.
