was successfully held in Shanghai

Since its launch in May this year, the competition has attracted nearly 30 high-level innovation and entrepreneurship projects. After preliminary screening, 11 project teams from well-known universities such as Fudan, Tongji, and Harbin Institute of Technology conducted roadshows, showcasing their research and development achievements and application areas in new materials, electronic information, and intelligent manufacturing. Shi Xingkai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Demonstration Zone, attended the event and delivered a speech. Yan Lü, General Manager of Nantong Talent Development Group, and Tao Shengsheng, Chairman of Shanghai Tanjia 28 Science and Technology Park, also attended the event.

In his speech, Shi Xingkai stated that the demonstration zone has unprecedented strategic advantages, its transportation and location advantages are rapidly becoming more prominent, its industrial development is constantly evolving, and its environment for innovation and entrepreneurship is unparalleled. Whether it's current port development, industrial development, or the prosperity of the entire social undertaking, all require a diverse range of talent. Holding this event in Shanghai is a way to select high-quality enterprises through competition, bringing them into the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone. These projects represent the current direction of industrial development, and their compatibility with Tongzhou Bay's industries is also very high. In the next stage, the demonstration zone will provide a series of services in terms of public housing, talent apartments, children's schooling, and medical care, creating a green channel for talent to attract enterprises and talent to take root and start businesses in Tongzhou Bay.

Shi Xingkai and Tao Shengsheng jointly unveiled the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone's Shanghai Talent Recruitment and Introduction Station. The station will serve as a platform to open up new avenues for talent aggregation, establish a service window in Shanghai, and provide more intimate, convenient, and high-quality services for project implementation.

At the event, Lu Junhua, Director of the Organization and Personnel Bureau of the Demonstration Zone, gave a presentation on the environment for talent innovation and entrepreneurship. The Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone and the Nantong Talent Development Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides will leverage their respective strengths to comprehensively enhance the ability of Tongzhou Bay to attract high-level talent from both at home and abroad, creating an international, high-end talent innovation and entrepreneurship platform that integrates talent cultivation, intellectual property matching, and collaborative innovation. The demonstration zone will also use the Shanghai Talent Recruitment and Introduction Station as a platform to open up new avenues for talent aggregation, establishing a service window in Shanghai to provide intimate and convenient project implementation services.

Relevant responsible comrades from the Organization and Personnel Bureau and talent recruitment units of the demonstration zone, and relevant personnel from the Nantong Talent Development Group participated in the event.
