On June 26, the Huada 2.1 million-ton high-performance metal decorative plate project officially commenced in the Tongzhou Bay Sanjiasha high-end port equipment industrial park. Ding Feng, Party Committee Secretary of the demonstration zone, attended the event and announced the project's commencement. Wu Pengcheng, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the demonstration zone, presided over the opening ceremony.

The project has a total investment of 2.1 billion yuan, covers an area of 480 mu, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 14 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of nearly 300 million yuan after reaching its production capacity. The project investor, Huada New Materials Co., Ltd., has continuously cultivated metal and metal-based composite new material preparation technologies. Its products are widely used in construction, home appliances, medical, and photovoltaic fields and are sold in more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. For many years, it has ranked first in the country in the export volume of color-coated plates.
