Hospital leaders met with the new employees for face-to-face communication, discussing future development, and conveying the superior leaders' care and entrustment to the new employees.

At the meeting, new employees shared their experiences of the past month's rotation training and looked forward to their future career development.

Dr. Liu Tao from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology said that he and his family had moved south and would take root in Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone People's Hospital like the Populus euphratica trees in Kashgar. He would seize the opportunity of the hospital's development, find his position, and continuously improve his professional skills and inner qualities.

 

Ni Ping from the Finance Department mentioned that no matter how small, financial work is crucial to the hospital's operation. She would study hard to ensure the safe operation of the hospital's finances.

 

Lu Nannan from the Nursing Department believed that nursing is an ordinary but essential job. As the saying goes, "treatment is three parts, nursing is seven parts." In her future study, life, and work, she would earnestly fulfill the Nightingale Pledge and do a better job in nursing.

 
The meeting emphasized that the Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone People's Hospital outpatient clinic is about to open, and it will adopt the same management as Nantong No. 1 People's Hospital. The aim is to provide more equitable, accessible, high-quality, systematic, continuous, and cost-effective health services to residents and migrant workers in the Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone. This is of great significance to improving the quality of the demonstration zone's urban functions and promoting social development. The hospital's development requires the cooperation and innovation of every new employee.
