To comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, a platform is being built to attract talent and connect high-quality resources. From September 1st to 2nd, Shi Xingkai, deputy secretary of the demonstration zone's Party Working Committee, led a team to Xi'an and Xianyang to recruit talent. Through visits to universities, research institutions, and industry leading enterprises, further cooperation and exchanges with key universities and research institutions were strengthened to promote the high-quality development of the demonstration zone's economy.

Shi Xingkai and his team visited Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi University of Science & Technology, Xi'an Polytechnic University, Western Innovation Harbor, Xianyang High-tech Zone's Dream Creation and Sharing Space, and China Electronics Valley United Holding Co., Ltd. for on-site inspections. They also held exchange meetings with key laboratories, university professors, and entrepreneurs to discuss the concepts, models, and effectiveness of technology transfer, as well as the educational and training role of university entrepreneurship incubation. In-depth discussions were held on the focal points and entry points for cooperation in talent recruitment and project innovation, and the demonstration zone's talent, science and technology policies, and investment resources were highlighted.

Shi Xingkai stated that Xi'an and Xianyang have top universities and talent resources nationwide, and are the scientific and technological innovation centers of central and western China. The Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone has unprecedented strategic advantages, with rapidly developing transportation and location advantages, rapidly developing industries, and an excellent entrepreneurial environment. It is hoped that this activity will leverage university-local government and university-enterprise cooperation, promote university-enterprise talent matching, and empower enterprise transformation and upgrading.
