September 5th marks China's eighth "National Charity Day." Yesterday morning, the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone held a 2023 "Hand in Hand, Towards the Future" Charity One-Day Donation event.

At the event, Ding Feng, Party Committee Secretary of the Demonstration Zone, Shi Hongjie, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Director of the Management Committee, along with other members of the leadership team and heads of various departments, successively scanned codes to make online donations, contributing to the charitable cause with practical actions.

 

At the ceremony, Bao Xiaowang, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, delivered a speech advocating for the 2023 Charity One-Day Donation event, encouraging enterprises, institutions, and staff members in the Demonstration Zone to actively participate, fostering a positive atmosphere where everyone cares for, supports, and participates in charity, jointly promoting the development of charitable undertakings in the Demonstration Zone.

Since its launch, the "Charity One-Day Donation" event has received enthusiastic support from all sectors of society.
