To thoroughly implement the major strategic deployments made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on promoting regional coordinated development and common prosperity, from September 6th to 7th, Ding Feng, secretary of the demonstration zone's Party Working Committee, led a team to Liuba County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province for a study and inspection visit. Xu Honghua, deputy secretary-general of the Hanzhong Municipal Government; Shi Bangjian, secretary of the Liuba County Committee; Wei Wei, deputy secretary of the County Committee and county head; and Lu Huagang, director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee, and other leaders participated in the relevant activities.

During the inspection, the delegation visited the Zhang Liang Temple research and study base, the Loufanggou homestay cluster, the Rice Flower Fragrance Theme Park, the edible fungus industrial park, and the Hekou boardwalk fishing village, conducting on-site investigations of the Su-Shaanxi cooperation projects and learning about the relevant situations in detail.

At the Tongzhou Bay-Liuba counterpart cooperation liaison meeting, Shi Bangjian welcomed the demonstration zone's inspection team and introduced the economic and social development of Liuba County. He stated that Tongzhou Bay has unique locational advantages and multiple overlapping national strategies, serving as an important platform for building a strategic fulcrum of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The Tongzhou-Liuba counterpart cooperation will surely bring new development opportunities to Liuba. Standing at a new starting point for counterpart cooperation, Liuba will cherish these excellent opportunities, focusing on rural revitalization, industrial cooperation, labor cooperation, and consumption assistance, to comprehensively and deeply carry out exchanges, opening up a new situation for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting comprehensive rural revitalization, making the path of cooperation wider and the path of friendship longer.

Ding Feng stated that Liuba has made full use of its beautiful natural scenery and profound cultural heritage, forging a path of sustainable economic and social development led by the tourism industry, leaving a deep impression and inspiration.

Ding Feng pointed out that the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, taking over the 'baton' from Chongchuan District, is undertaking its first counterpart exchange with Liuba County. This beautiful union between the Qinling Mountains and the South Yellow Sea coast is not only a testament to the high degree of trust placed in Tongzhou Bay by the municipal Party committees and governments of Tongzhou and Hanzhong, but also a political mission and significant opportunity for Tongzhou Bay and Liuba to strengthen regional cooperation, achieve complementary advantages, and accelerate high-quality development.

Ding Feng emphasized that the demonstration zone will thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on deepening East-West cooperation, starting from multiple perspectives such as common prosperity, industrial cooperation, and talent exchange, to promote further innovation in cooperation methods, expansion of cooperation channels, and enrichment of cooperation content within the framework of the cooperation agreement, jointly composing a new chapter of win-win cooperation between Tongzhou and Liuba.

Following this, both sides held a counterpart cooperation fund handover ceremony and a social fund donation ceremony.

During this period, Ding Feng and his entourage also visited and expressed their care for the "three teams" of professional and technical personnel in Tongzhou Bay.
