Tongzhou Bay Haiyan Primary School is located at the east end of Haiyan Street in Sanyu Town, Demonstration Zone. With more than 100 teachers and students, most of whom are left-behind children, the Party branch teachers of Tongzhou Bay Haiyan Primary School and Haiyan Kindergarten have created the "Three Hearts for the Party - Cultivating People for the Party" Party building brand, advocating "dedicating loyalty to the education cause," "concentrating on educational research," and "lovingly caring for left-behind children." They sow the seeds of truth, goodness, and beauty, shining with the light of humanity, in the hearts of their students. In terms of mental health, party member teachers provide one-on-one support to protect the young hearts of students; in after-school extension programs, party member teachers provide one-on-one tutoring to answer students' academic questions; and for students facing difficulties, party member teachers sign one-on-one agreements with students to help them grow healthily.
