The "41st Zhangjiagang Wool Merchants Association Wool Salon," hosted by the Zhangjiagang Wool Merchants Association and undertaken by Jiangsu Jubai Wool Products Co., Ltd. and Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd., was grandly held on the afternoon of November 26, 2023 (Sunday) at the Nantong Binhai Jinshi International Hotel (Tongzhou Bay Conference Center). Over 300 people attended the conference, including CEOs, experts, business executives from wool enterprises across the country, and some overseas guests.
Secretary-General Xiao Jinwen of the Wool Merchants Association announced the opening of the meeting and introduced government leaders including Lu Zhonghua, Secretary of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, and Shi Hongjie, Director of the Management Committee, as well as special guests. Dr. Ji Qianlong, President of the Wool Merchants Association, delivered the opening remarks; Mao Zhengrong, Chairman of Jiangsu Jubai Wool Products Co., Ltd., delivered a welcome speech; Shi Hongjie, Director of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone Management Committee, delivered a welcome speech; and Ni Wei, member of the Party Working Committee of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, gave an investment promotion speech.
Chu Jiewen, Technical Director (Woven Products) of the International Wool Secretariat China, gave a special report on "Innovation of Merino Wool Woven Products under the Modern Textile Industry System." Wu Huijun, CEO of Importbao and President of the Yangtze River Delta Textile and Garment Industry Chain Innovation Center, gave a special report on "From Fiber to Fashion—Importbao's Digital Layout." Feng Bing, General Manager of Ningbo Xingsuo Textile Trading Co., Ltd., gave a special speech on "Fragmented 2023".
In the "Wool Industry Chain Elite Face-to-Face" and guest-representative interaction session, hosted by Feng Bing, General Manager of Ningbo Xingsuo Textile Trading Co., Ltd., in-depth discussions and exciting interactions were held with Ms. Yang Xiaoxiong, group leader of the China-Australia, China-New Zealand, and China-Africa wool working groups; Song Tengfei, Australian/New Zealand wool sales agent; Qian Yaoyu, Chairman of Zhangjiagang Jinmeng Dyeing Co., Ltd.; Dr. Ji Qianlong, President of Zhangjiagang Wool Merchants Association and Chairman of Zhangjiagang Yangzi Fine Combing Wool Top Co., Ltd.; Huang Yubing, Chairman of Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd.; Zhang Weixue, procurement manager of Zhejiang Xinao Textile Co., Ltd.; Gao Baolin, Chairman of Shanghai Zhonghao Knitting Co., Ltd.; and other attendees on various aspects of the entire wool textile industry chain.
Finally, Dr. Ji Qianlong, President of the Wool Merchants Association, summarized the meeting, expressing gratitude for the high attention given by Secretary Lu Zhonghua and Director Shi Hongjie of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone and their attendance at the meeting!
