All things strive for prosperity, and spring brings a rush of activity. On the morning of March 20, the Dong'an Hui Urban Complex project in the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone was officially signed. Qian Jin, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the Demonstration Zone, and Chen Gang, chairman of Dong Shun Construction Development (Nantong) Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

The project is located in the Dong'an Science and Technology Park of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone. With a total investment of 500 million yuan and a construction area of approximately 67,000 square meters, it aims to create a leisure shopping destination and popular check-in spot integrating trendy fashion, cultural tourism, and entertainment. After completion and opening, it will not only fill the gap in the consumption scene in the northern area of the demonstration zone and serve the consumption needs of a large number of employees of major enterprises such as the PetroChina new materials project, Huaneng, and the demonstration zone's modern textile industrial park, but also help enterprises achieve strategic layout, becoming a benchmark commercial project in the Dong'an area and injecting new vitality into the development of the service industry in the entire district.

This signing is a vivid practice and interpretation of the central, provincial, and municipal strategic deployment of "expanding domestic demand, expanding consumption, and expanding investment" in the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone. It is a milestone leap forward in the development of the service industry in the demonstration zone. Next, the demonstration zone will firmly establish a "Party B" mindset, fully serve and promote project construction, and help the complex to put into production and operation as soon as possible, drawing a beautiful blueprint of concerted efforts between government and enterprises.
