A delegation from Liuba County, Hanzhong City visited the demonstration zone for an exchange.

On March 22, Wei Wei, deputy secretary of the Liuba County Committee of the Communist Party of China and county head of Hanzhong City, led a delegation to the demonstration zone for an inspection and exchange. Shi Hongjie, deputy secretary of the demonstration zone's Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee, and Shi Xingkai, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee, accompanied the inspection.

At the Su-Shaanxi Cooperation Liaison Conference, Shi Hongjie pointed out that since the launch of the counterpart cooperation half a year ago, the main leaders of the two regions have conducted mutual visits and signed a counterpart assistance agreement, exchanged cadres and "three teams," and achieved significant results in cross-provincial labor cooperation. These achievements are the result of the joint efforts of both sides and are a strong testament to the deepening of exchanges and cooperation and the promotion of common development. In the next stage, the two regions should focus on higher-quality development goals, rely on their respective resource endowments and industrial advantages, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and use technological innovation to drive continuous power for the long-term development of both regions. Expand the cooperation space in wider fields, conduct in-depth exploration in social undertakings such as education, medical care, culture, and environmental protection, continue to increase the intensity of labor cooperation, and strive to achieve more substantial progress in ensuring and improving people's livelihood.

Wei Wei expressed gratitude for the warm reception of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone. He stated that the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone, with the brotherly friendship of "Tongzhou and Liuba as one family" and the responsibility of "the branches and leaves are always connected to the roots," has wholeheartedly assisted Liuba. With the joint efforts of both sides, the counterpart exchanges between the two regions have continued to deepen, the areas of cooperation have continued to expand, and the feelings have become increasingly deep and the relationship increasingly close. It is expected that both sides will continue to strengthen cooperation, highlight talent sharing, improve the consultation and promotion mechanism between government departments and between regions, industries, and sectors, and open up a "new realm" of exchanges and cooperation; focus on "common prosperity" of industries, promote the integration of resources, capital, and technology between the two sides, and create a "growth pole" for high-quality development; wholeheartedly promote rural revitalization, do a good job in the three articles of "consolidation," "connection," and "expansion," and stimulate the "driving force" of "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" development.

At the meeting, relevant departments from both sides exchanged speeches and signed the 2024 Su-Shaanxi Cooperation Tongzhou Bay-Liuba Industrial Investment Cooperation Framework Agreement, witnessed by relevant leaders.

The delegation visited the Nantong Tongzhou Bay Yangtze River Container Transportation New Seaport Planning Exhibition Hall, the main port area of Tongzhou Bay, the Modern Textile Industrial Park, the High-end Equipment Coastal Industrial Park, Haili Wind Power, the demonstration zone's home-based elderly care service center, the Zhenbei Community rural mutual aid elderly care neighborhood point, the Veteran's Affection Farm, and the Yin Yuan Cherry Family Farm, comprehensively and in-depth understanding the development history, industrial planning, and rural revitalization development of the demonstration zone.
