To further guide Party members and cadres in earnestly studying and understanding the spirit of the National Two Sessions and experiencing the achievements of the development of modernized new rural areas up close, on the morning of March 23, the Party and Government Office of the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone and the Office of Agriculture and Rural Affairs jointly launched a themed Party Day and Party Member Winter Training activity titled "Face-to-Face with Representatives, Zero-Distance Policy Discussion."

Led by Ms. Sun Chunmei, a representative of the 14th National People's Congress, a national model worker for women, an executive committee member of the Jiangsu Provincial Women's Federation, a recipient of Nantong's March 8th Red Banner, and the general manager of Kaixin Garden Ecological Farm in Tongzhou District's Dongshe Town, all Party members visited Kaixin Garden Ecological Farm. They gained an in-depth understanding of the farm's development history and the principles of organic agricultural production, appreciating the charm of modern agricultural technology. Through on-site visits, introductions, observations, and reflections on development, the Party member winter training class was moved from the "meeting room" to the "farmland," from "expert lectures" to "group discussions," and from "passive learning" to "active participation." The exchange and sharing fostered a powerful driving force, injecting new impetus into the promotion of rural revitalization.

At the symposium, Representative Sun Chunmei shared her experiences and insights from participating in the National Two Sessions. Regarding General Secretary Xi Jinping's participation in the deliberations of the Jiangsu delegation at the Second Session of the 14th National People's Congress, Sun Chunmei said: "Building a strong modern agricultural country requires a comprehensive improvement of elements such as agricultural industrial development, agricultural talent cultivation, the development of farming culture, agricultural ecological protection, and rural organizational leadership, working together to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside." She deeply understood General Secretary Xi Jinping's concern for grassroots representatives, his high regard for high-quality development, and his attention to science and technology, talent, and people's livelihood.
