Recently, Shen Xuebiao, Deputy Director of the Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau, led a team to the demonstration zone to conduct research on the law enforcement service and education base. Shen Jie, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the demonstration zone, participated in the research.

Shen Xuebiao and his team went to the "2+1" wharf construction site in Sanganchi, the Tongzhou Bay Planning Exhibition Hall, the Sanjiasha High-end Equipment Industrial Park, and the site of the law enforcement service and education base for research and investigation. They listened to a report on the construction of the law enforcement service and education base and gave full affirmation to the port development and construction in Tongzhou Bay and the construction of the education base.

Shen Jie introduced the port development and construction situation in the demonstration zone in recent years and thanked the Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau for its strong support in the construction of key provincial projects such as the "2+1" wharf, the Phase I channel, and the Xiaomiao Hong extension navigation channel. He stated that they will further strengthen cooperation with the Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, strengthen the quality and safety supervision of port projects under construction through the construction of the law enforcement service and education base, fully serve the construction of port and navigation projects in Tongzhou Bay Port Area, and firmly shoulder the mission and responsibility of building a petrochemical dual-circulation base.

The law enforcement service and education base is an important part of the overall deployment of the 2024 provincial transportation comprehensive law enforcement public service project, and it is an important measure to implement the continuous deepening of the "improvement year" activity for the demonstration zone's government work style. The base will form a professional and skilled publicity team, tailor-made characteristic courseware, and focus on conducting law enforcement briefings on project quality and safety construction market and migrant worker wage guarantees, as well as personalized legal publicity and "invitation-style" inspections during construction, continuously optimizing project supervision and service measures, and contributing to the creation of a more distinctive "Water Transport Jiangsu".
