He emphasized the importance of thoroughly studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on safety production, resolutely implementing the decisions and deployments of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, Municipal Party Committee, and Municipal Government, establishing a people-centered development philosophy, better coordinating development and safety, comprehensively implementing safety responsibilities, strengthening the rectification of safety hazards, and making every effort to safeguard the safety bottom line to effectively protect the lives and property of the people.

Lu Zhong Hua's group first went to the construction site of the Huada New Materials project to learn in detail about the project's progress and the implementation of safety production work. The Huada New Materials project has a total investment of 2.1 billion yuan and mainly produces high-performance metal decorative plates with an annual output of approximately 2.1 million tons after commissioning. Currently, the main factory area, office area, and living area have all started construction and are scheduled to be completed and put into production by the end of this year. Lu Zhong Hua demanded that enterprises should earnestly assume their main responsibilities, closely monitor time nodes, reverse schedule, and conduct map-based operations under the premise of ensuring safety and quality. As the rainy season is approaching, the construction party should fully consider the climatic characteristics of the coastal areas and make every effort to do a good job in flood and typhoon prevention to build a solid safety line.

The Forlight Solar Energy photovoltaic glass and backplane project is a major provincial project in 2024. Phase I of the project has been fully constructed. After reaching production capacity, it will produce 1.5 million tons of photovoltaic pressed glass annually, with an estimated annual sales revenue of 4.5 billion yuan. After listening to the project manager's introduction of the project construction and safety management, Lu Zhong Hua emphasized the importance of adhering to the "two-pronged approach" of construction progress and safety production, accelerating project progress while resolutely ensuring project safety and quality, firmly establishing the concept of safety production, resolutely safeguarding the safety bottom line, tightening and implementing the main responsibilities, implementing various measures, strengthening on-site construction management and quality management, ensuring that key projects achieve new breakthroughs, and adding "new impetus" to the high-quality development of the demonstration zone.

The Science and Technology City is a place with a high population density in the demonstration zone, with four higher vocational and technical colleges and approximately 9,500 teachers and students in the city. "How many students are staying on campus during the holiday?" "How is daily safety management ensured?"... Lu Zhong Hua went deep into the Science and Technology City police station, monitoring room, and student dormitories to fully understand the relevant situation. He emphasized that campus safety is paramount, and we must always keep a tight rein on safety, establish a safety risk awareness and bottom-line thinking, and strictly and meticulously handle safety work. We must strengthen daily safety patrols, strengthen duty and emergency response during holidays, implement a joint prevention, joint control, and joint governance mechanism, increase the efforts to investigate and rectify hidden dangers, standardize the management and use of facilities and equipment, ensure that there are no blind spots or dead angles in safety, and effectively build a safety line and consolidate the foundation of peace and security.
