On April 7, Lu Zhong Hua, Party Committee Secretary, presided over a special meeting to discuss the progress of the PetroChina new materials industry project. The meeting pointed out that, it is necessary to further strengthen the awareness of service , continue to cultivate a tenacious work style, provide full-process service and full-cycle follow-up, and demonstrate the effectiveness of work style improvement through major project service guarantees. it is necessary to further strengthen the awareness of tackling tough problems , setting targets, arranging schedules in reverse order, clarifying timelines, task lists, and roadmaps to ensure that all work progresses in an orderly and coordinated manner, and to fully utilize the project commencement preparation "progress bar". it is necessary to further strengthen the awareness of collaboration , actively liaise with higher-level departments, strive for support, closely coordinate with the Blue Ocean preparatory group, continuously operate the "daily dispatch, weekly meeting, monthly summary" mechanism, further establish a good situation of vertical and horizontal coordination, and strive to achieve high-quality development at an accelerated pace.
At the meeting, the new materials team reported on the completion of recent key nodes and key tasks, as well as plans for future work.
