The total investment of this project is approximately 10 billion yuan, with a sea area of approximately 1762 mu and a shoreline of 763.8 meters. It is expected to be completed by the end of this year. The total planned construction includes 7 solar photovoltaic glass production lines and supporting deep processing lines, mainly producing 2.0mm and 3.2mm thick solar photovoltaic glass of various specifications, and also has the capacity to produce 1.6mm and 1.8mm thick solar photovoltaic glass. The project will be constructed in two phases. After full production, it will form an annual production capacity of 2.78 million tons of ultra-thin, high-transparency panels and backplanes for solar energy equipment, which can provide supporting facilities for 59.6GW photovoltaic components. After reaching full production, the annual output value is expected to reach 8 billion yuan, with taxes of 870 million yuan.

Currently, the project is in the main construction phase, with a total construction area of 663,110 square meters, and has fully started. It is expected to provide direct employment for 1230 people and indirect employment for 1100 people locally.

China Railway Steel Structure Industrialization Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project

The total investment of this project is 2.5 billion yuan, with a sea area of approximately 495 mu and a shoreline of 218 meters. The base mainly engages in the manufacturing of heavy bridge steel structures, prefabricated steel structures, and marine engineering products. After reaching full production, the annual output value is expected to reach 4.5 billion yuan, with taxes of 120 million yuan.

The construction site is in the main construction phase. The total construction area of the project is 143,463 square meters, and construction has fully started. The 99,000 square meter joint factory building steel structure has been basically completed.

Tianshun Marine Engineering Equipment Manufacturing Project (Phase I)

The total investment of the Tianshun Marine Engineering Equipment Manufacturing Project (Phase I) is 1.3 billion yuan, with a sea area of approximately 256.85 mu and a shoreline of 286 meters. The project mainly engages in the production of offshore wind power substations, caissons, and towers. After reaching full production, the annual output value is expected to reach 1.2 billion yuan, with taxes exceeding 52 million yuan. This project conforms to the national major project guidelines for "deep-sea key technologies and equipment", providing support and expansion for the Tongzhou Bay "marine engineering equipment and high-tech shipbuilding" industrial cluster.

This project is in the completion and acceptance phase, with a total construction area of 56,382 square meters, and all construction has been completed. Subsequently, it will be submitted for re-inspection after rectification according to the planning acceptance and fire protection acceptance opinions.

Lanshu Port Marine and Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Project

Lanshu Port Marine and Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Project total investment 2 billion yuan, covering an area of 341 mu, with a shoreline of 300 meters. It mainly engages in the manufacturing of converter stations, offshore floating bodies, intelligent marine equipment, and offshore wind power assembly. After reaching full production, the annual output value is expected to reach 2 billion yuan, with taxes of 48.4 million yuan.

This project is in the main construction phase, with a total construction area of 89,055 square meters, and a construction area of 67,084 square meters has started. Completion and acceptance are expected in October this year.

The entry of Lanshu has also further accelerated the construction of the Sanjiasha area wharf, promoting the formation of an interactive development situation between the Tongzhou Bay port, industry, and town.

Qinshijimei Marine Engineering Equipment and Offshore Wind Power Manufacturing Project

Qinshijimei Marine Engineering Equipment and Offshore Wind Power Manufacturing Project total investment 1.38 billion yuan, covering an area of 285 mu. It mainly engages in the research and development and manufacturing of high-end equipment such as large-scale deep-sea offshore wind power installation platforms, marine wind power construction equipment, marine engineering special equipment, special marine engineering supporting equipment, transmission piles, and port machinery. The project is expected to achieve single-item acceptance in June this year, and after full production, the annual sales are expected to reach 2 to 3 billion yuan, achieving tax revenue of approximately 60 million yuan.

This project is in the supporting construction phase, with a total construction area of 87,504 square meters, and a construction area of 79,075 square meters has started. Four single buildings, including Factory 1, Factory 2, painting and washing workshop, and substation, have been completed, and the main structures of four single buildings, including the warehouse, R&D building, shift building, and hazardous waste warehouse, have been topped out.
