Zhou Jingbo, former Standing Committee member and Vice President of China Communications Construction Company, visited the district for inspection

On April 11, Zhou Jingbo, former Standing Committee member and Vice President of China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC), visited the demonstration zone for an inspection, accompanied by Lu Zhong Hua, Party Committee Secretary of the demonstration zone.

At a symposium, Lu Zhong Hua extended a warm welcome to Zhou Jingbo and his delegation. He stated that the Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone is unswervingly adhering to the work approach of "grasping projects, cultivating superior industries, and increasing the total volume." With a striving attitude of competing on the rivers and seas, it is bravely taking the lead in constructing the Tongzhouwan petrochemical dual-circulation base. In this process, the demonstration zone hopes to conduct comprehensive and high-level cooperation with CCCC and its subsidiaries in areas such as industrial project cooperation, regional comprehensive development, and urban function improvement. It is hoped that CCCC will fully leverage its advantages in the field to work with the demonstration zone to plan and facilitate the implementation of more high-level cooperation projects, create more high-quality projects, and jointly write a new chapter of win-win development.

Zhou Jingbo expressed gratitude for the trust and support of the Party Committee and Administrative Committee of the Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone towards CCCC, and introduced the development of CCCC. He stated that CCCC is continuously strengthening its advantages in transportation and port industries, making every effort to leverage its technological innovation, industrial control, and safety support, continuously improving its core competitiveness and enhancing its core functions. He hopes that this inspection will serve as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and exchanges, facilitating cooperation between CCCC and the Tongzhouwan Demonstration Zone, and promoting pragmatic cooperation in areas such as overseas industrial investment and port function improvement, to achieve high-quality development together.

Zhou Jingbo and his delegation visited the Tongzhouwan Planning Exhibition Hall and the High-end Equipment Coastal Industrial Park, gaining an in-depth understanding of Tongzhouwan's development history, strategic positioning, and planning layout, and observing the vibrant development and construction of the demonstration zone on-site.

Bao Xiaowang, member of the demonstration zone's Party Committee, and officials from relevant departments accompanied the inspection.
