Construction of the Tongzhouwan Port Area's Three Harbors Pool No. 1-3 Wharf Project began in early 2022. As of now, the overall progress of the lead embankment has reached 78%, and the overall progress of the wharf has reached 65%. It was awarded the provincial "Demonstration Project" of Jiangsu Province's Highway and Water Transport Engineering Safety Construction in 2022. The high construction difficulty and the large number of participating parties have presented significant challenges to project management. As the leading department, the Demonstration Zone Port Administration Bureau actively played a bridging role, organizing a special meeting on offshore auxiliary construction platforms to address the issue of access for offshore sand-filling equipment. It scientifically arranged the work of multiple parties, reducing the impact of cross-operational work among construction equipment, and fully consolidating the strengths of various participating units to fully ensure project implementation. Ultimately, by the end of 2022, the project's lead embankment formed a construction channel, exceeding the predetermined targets for 2022 and laying a solid foundation for the project's advancement in 2023.

To meet the node deadlines, Nantong Port Construction Investment Company, as the construction unit, implemented a reverse schedule, insisting on detailed daily arrangements for project planning and construction progress, and promptly analyzing key challenges encountered during construction. The project leadership team conducted on-site inspections and supervision, department heads provided on-site monitoring, and various teams rationally allocated personnel for construction to ensure continuous project progress. At the same time, it strengthened control over the construction site, setting plans, tasks, timelines, and rewards and penalties for various participating units, strictly implementing the assessment system, enhancing the sense of responsibility and urgency of all project personnel in completing the construction plan, and inspiring the confidence and fighting spirit of all project personnel in ensuring high-quality and timely construction progress.
