Tongzhouwan Branch of the Municipal Party School inaugurated; Lu Zhong Hua gives opening address at training class for middle-aged and young cadres in the demonstration zone

On the morning of April 22, the Tongzhou Bay Branch of the Nantong Municipal Committee Party School of the Communist Party of China was officially established, and the 2024 Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone training class for middle-aged and young cadres was successfully launched. Jiang Jian, the executive vice president of the Municipal Party School, and Lu Zhonghua, the secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Demonstration Zone, jointly unveiled the branch school. Jiang Jian delivered a congratulatory speech, and Lu Zhonghua gave a mobilization speech for the training class.

The Tongzhou Bay Branch of the Municipal Party School is jointly built by the Party Working Committee of the Demonstration Zone and the Nantong Municipal Committee Party School. It leverages the teaching resources of the Municipal Party School and Tongzhou Bay, aiming to create a key educational base for coastal Party and government officials serving the construction of Greater Tongzhou Bay and the city's marine economic development.

Lu Zhonghua pointed out,

Young cadres should strengthen their ideals and beliefs, harbor lofty aspirations, and cultivate the strong driving force of absolute loyalty and grateful progress. They should consciously and deeply study the Party's innovative theories as those who believe and act, consciously arm their minds with the Party's innovative theories, constantly cultivate, understand, and progress, so that their knowledge becomes clearer, their faith deeper, and their actions more steadfast. They should pursue selfless dedication to the well-being of the people, consciously establish and practice the correct concept of performance, persist in practical work, actively participate in grassroots work, follow the Party's mass line in the new era, and continuously improve their ability to work with the masses. They should jointly build a good political ecology with the standard of an effective promoter, taking the opportunity of in-depth study of the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" to make it a conscious act to button up the "first button" of clean governance, and continuously cultivate the political character of "integrity and honesty".

Young cadres should consciously shoulder heavy responsibilities, bravely assume the "responsibility for development," and cultivate the mission and responsibility to dare to act, be good at acting, and strive to achieve. They should understand their responsibilities in the context of a deep understanding of the development trend, fully grasp the deployment requirements of the Municipal Party Committee to "seize development opportunities and advance with the momentum," treat the training as a political task, a work test, and a development opportunity, study earnestly, and improve without distraction. They should assume their responsibilities in the process of striving for breakthroughs and daring to act, consciously shoulder the major task of building the Tongzhou Bay petrochemical dual-circulation base, continuously strengthen their sense of mission, enhance their sense of responsibility, and improve their execution ability, forging strong shoulders and bravely shouldering heavy burdens in the process of struggle and training. Lu Zhonghua emphasized,
