International students from Nantong Vocational University conducted a research and study trip to the demonstration zone's "Blue Bay Trip" petrochemical dual-cycle base.

On April 23, more than 20 international students from Pakistan, Namibia, and other countries studying at the International Cooperation Education College of Nantong Vocational University visited the demonstration zone for a study tour activity themed "Blue Bay Trip" - Petrochemical Dual Circulation Base.
The students visited the Tongzhou Bay Yangtze River Container Transportation New Export Planning Exhibition Hall, the High-end Equipment Coastal Industrial Park, the Petrochemical Dual Circulation Base, and the Talent Science and Technology Innovation Community. They gained a comprehensive understanding of the demonstration zone's development history, layout planning, locational advantages, cultural atmosphere, project construction achievements, and key industrial layouts. They deeply felt the demonstration zone's commitment to cultivating talent and creating a favorable business environment for project development. The thriving and vigorous development of the demonstration zone left a deep impression on all the students.

The relevant person in charge of the Organization and Personnel Bureau of the demonstration zone welcomed the students' visit and introduced in detail how Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone continuously promotes the "strong district with talents" strategy, closely combines industrial needs, improves the talent 4.0 policy system, builds platforms for talent innovation and entrepreneurship, and provides "nanny-style" services for talents. They expressed hope that the students would come to the demonstration zone to work and start businesses after graduation.
In recent years, the Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone has continuously upgraded its talent policies. It provides a monthly comprehensive subsidy of 700 yuan for junior college graduates who are employed in the demonstration zone for the first time, up to a maximum of five years, and a monthly comprehensive subsidy of 1500 yuan for undergraduate students, up to a maximum of six years. At the same time, it builds high-quality talent communities and launches the "Blue Bay Talent Plan" and other talent incentive policies to ensure that talents are attracted, utilized effectively, and retained, creating a new highland for talent aggregation and a new engine for technological innovation.
