On May 26, He Jun, Party Secretary and Executive Director of the Zhejiang Oilfield Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation, visited the district to discuss the promotion of Sinopec's new materials project. Li Guihe, Party Secretary and Executive Director of Lanhai New Materials (Tongzhou Bay) Co., Ltd., and Lu Zhonghua, Party Secretary of the Demonstration Zone, participated in the event.
He Jun stated that the new energy project is an important measure for China National Petroleum Corporation to fully and accurately implement the new development concept, a concrete action to fulfill its responsibility of "contributing energy to the motherland," and a vivid embodiment of Zhejiang Oilfield's active promotion of China's energy structure transformation and sustainable development. Zhejiang Oilfield Company will cultivate Tongzhou Bay, actively integrate into the overall development of the local area, help build pillar industries for the local area, and create a win-win situation.
Li Guihe pointed out that the new energy project is an important part of the start-up and operation of the Lanhai New Materials project. During the project construction process, the direction should be consistent with the national and group strategies, and the planning should closely align with national and local policies. Lanhai Company will cooperate with Zhejiang Oilfield to complete the feasibility study of the new energy project as soon as possible and submit it to the group for decision-making.
Lu Zhonghua stated that the new materials project invested by Sinopec is the "top priority" project for the construction of the Tongzhou Bay petrochemical dual-circulation base. Various departments in the demonstration zone will fully cooperate with Zhejiang Oilfield Company in the planning and layout of clean energy, solve problems encountered in the project implementation process, proactively conduct a comprehensive inventory, clarify the bottom line, ensure that all available resources are utilized, and contribute the strength of Tongzhou Bay to Sinopec's strategic relocation of its refining and chemical industry.
Shi Xingkai, Bao Xiaowang, and Gu Yong, leaders of the demonstration zone's Party Working Committee, participated in the meeting.
