To implement the spirit of the plenary session, the best approach is to accelerate the pace of implementation, resolutely and thoroughly implementing the decisions and deployments.

Invigorating spirits, acting decisively, and working quickly and efficiently reflects political stance and determines work outcomes. Shouldering the responsibility of "leading the way and setting an example," consolidating the competitive development situation of "seven tigers competing in Nantong and ten strong players vying in the Yangtze River Delta," and striving to be at the forefront of high-quality development, especially requires this excellent work style of "immediate action and practical work" and work efficiency of "handling matters without delay and keeping no pending cases." If the pace is always slow, implementation is always delayed, things only move after repeated urging, or even if there is much talk but little action, it will not only affect efficiency and increase costs, but also miss opportunities and lose initiative. There are many lessons learned from "small matters dragging into big ones, and big matters dragging into disasters" in reality.
