Recently, Tang Weiqing, deputy director of the Quality Bureau of the Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau, led a team to the demonstration zone to conduct law enforcement services at construction sites, further improving project safety and quality management levels and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
At the meeting, the inspection team listened to reports from various participating units on the establishment of quality assurance systems and the implementation of quality management, and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the establishment and implementation of quality assurance systems by various participating units. The Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau conducted quality supervision and law enforcement briefings on the content of water transport project construction quality management procedures, supervision work plans, key and difficult points of engineering quality control, quality responsibilities and duties of participating units, and handling of quality supervision matters.
The inspection team required that the project strictly implement mandatory standards and engineering quality and safety management regulations, strengthen the control of engineering quality and the safety management of important parts; in view of the particularity of dredging projects, strengthen the analysis of slope stability and siltation during channel construction; actively participate in various special campaigns organized by the competent authorities to ensure that all requirements are implemented in engineering construction.
With the care and support of the provincial and municipal transportation comprehensive law enforcement departments, the Xiaomiao Hongshang Extension Navigation Project (Phase II) obtained the supervision notification letter in the shortest possible time and officially started construction on July 11. This activity focuses on the quality supervision, construction market law enforcement briefing, and the first quality assurance system inspection of the Nantong Port Xiaomiao Hongshang Extension Navigation Project (Phase II), which plays a positive role in promoting the construction of port and navigation infrastructure in the demonstration zone and serving major industrial projects that have already settled in.
Relevant comrades from the Municipal Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment and the Demonstration Zone Port Administration Bureau participated in the activity.
