To further promote the implementation of the special rectification of hidden dangers in high-rise buildings, in accordance with the requirements of the special campaign, the demonstration zone adheres to a problem-oriented approach, focuses on weak links, and works hard to implement the work, continuously and effectively exerting efforts to ensure that the special rectification work of high-rise buildings in the park achieves phased results.
Improve the operation of the special team and act as the "main promoter"

The demonstration zone's consumer council conducted in-depth analysis and judgment of the current status of fire safety management in high-rise buildings and prominent risks, closely combining the fire safety work of high-rise buildings with the smooth "life channels" and "full chain" of electric vehicles. The mobilization and deployment meeting was held immediately, requiring all departments to stand at the height of coordinating development and safety, and fully understand the significance of carrying out special governance of hidden dangers in high-rise buildings.

A meeting was held to discuss the hidden dangers of fire safety in high-rise buildings, and the persons in charge of fire safety in high-rise buildings, managers, and property management units were interviewed and trained to improve the quality and efficiency of fire safety management.
Strictly investigate and rectify, implementing "zero tolerance"

Combined with the previous special inspections of residential communities and electric bicycle fire safety, focusing on fire risk prevention and control in key areas of the demonstration zone, a comprehensive investigation of fire safety hazards in high-rise buildings was carried out.

The working team set up three special inspection teams to conduct a "grid-style" inspection of all high-rise buildings in the jurisdiction, focusing on the implementation of fire safety responsibilities, the management of electric bicycle parking and charging, the maintenance of fire facilities, and the occupation, obstruction, and closure of fire passages. A dynamic "list of hidden dangers" was formed to ensure that the number is clear and the situation is clear.

Supervise community grid members and property service enterprise administrators to form a normalized working mechanism of "daily patrols" to completely eliminate fire hazards in the "budding" state.
Up to now, a total of 29 units have been inspected, and 164 high-rise buildings have been investigated, including 15 public buildings, 2 industrial buildings, and 147 residential buildings. 85 fire safety hazards have been found, 53 have been rectified, and rectification notices have been issued to the relevant responsible units for the remaining 32 hazards, requiring them to complete the rectification within a time limit.
Coordinate emergency drills to ensure "initial extinguishing"

Combining the characteristics of high-rise building fires, through centralized lectures, case studies, and summary reviews, learn and master the theoretical knowledge of the structural characteristics of high-rise buildings, the development laws of fires, the difficulties in fire fighting and rescue, and fire fighting and rescue tactical measures.

Conduct "six familiarizations" and practical drills in high-rise buildings, establish and improve emergency linkage mechanisms, set disaster situations from the most unfavorable factors, and carry out practical drills for all processes and elements according to the procedures for the initial handling by the unit's miniature fire station, the handling by the jurisdiction's first station, and the handling by the reinforcement forces, ensuring that the first response and effective handling are carried out in the event of danger, ensuring early, small, and initial extinguishing. 15 residential community emergency plans were produced, 6 familiarization drills were conducted, and 6 emergency evacuation drills were organized for communities and properties to improve the coordinated combat capabilities of various emergency rescue forces.
Strengthen publicity and training to achieve "full coverage"

Focusing on the characteristics of fire prevention and control in high-rise buildings, fully utilize building television, elevator billboards, community bulletin boards, and property unit groups to play fire safety publicity videos.

Widely mobilize grassroots grid members, owners' committees, and property management personnel to carry out "face-to-face, hand-in-hand, zero-distance" fire safety publicity in a "sweeping building and sweeping street" manner, and conduct publicity and explanation of the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of High-rise Buildings" to property service enterprises and owners.

More than 1,500 copies of resident fire safety knowledge brochures and publicity posters were distributed to popularize fire safety knowledge and escape and self-rescue knowledge for high-rise buildings, comprehensively and multi-levelly improving the public's awareness of fire safety knowledge and the ability to prevent high-rise building fires, and creating a strong atmosphere of fire safety publicity.
