On August 15, Zhang Hao, Minister of the Municipal Party Committee's Social Work Department and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee's 'Two New' Working Committee, led a team to the district for research, accompanied by Lu Zhong Hua, Secretary of the Demonstration Zone Party Working Committee. Chen Chao, Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee's Organization Department; Tao Jianhua and Wang Ruitao, Deputy Ministers of the Municipal Party Committee's Social Work Department, participated in the research.

In Dongyu Village, Sanyu Town, the research team conducted on-site inspections of the construction of the conflict mediation center, grid governance center, and comprehensive governance center, and learned in detail about the work in grassroots social governance, including grassroots conflict mediation, grid service management, and grassroots burden reduction. They also engaged in in-depth exchanges with grassroots colleagues. Zhang Hao stated that Tongzhou Bay organically combines grassroots Party building with rural governance and other work, using high-quality Party building to lead the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside, actively integrating grassroots social governance resources, effectively leveraging the basic role of grid-based service management, and effectively improving the professionalism and effectiveness of grassroots social governance.

Zhang Hao's group also visited the Tongzhou Bay Yangtze River New Estuary Planning Exhibition Hall and the High-end Equipment Port Industrial Park, comprehensively and deeply understanding the development history, locational advantages, port planning, and industrial development of the demonstration zone. Zhang Hao stated that Tongzhou Bay has obvious strategic advantages and a clear industrial positioning, firmly grasping the opportunities of cross-river integration and development towards the sea, actively integrating into the co-construction of the Yangtze River Estuary Industrial Innovation Collaborative Zone, bravely acting as the main force in the construction of the Tongzhou Bay petrochemical dual-circulation base, and making positive contributions to the economic development of the entire city.

At the subsequent symposium, Zhang Hao listened to a report on the social work carried out in the demonstration zone and gave full affirmation to the demonstration zone's social governance work. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on the social work operating mechanism and the implementation of the organization.

Lu Zhong Hua stated that the demonstration zone will use this research as an opportunity to actively explore new approaches to grassroots social governance that are close to reality and seek practical results, cultivating a mass base and social atmosphere for grassroots co-governance and good governance, better meeting the diversified and refined needs of the masses, and showcasing the unique advantages of Tongzhou Bay through brand creation.
