On August 28, a report meeting on the study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in the demonstration zone. Ji Mingming, a member of the Municipal Party Committee's publicity team, standing committee member, vice president, and professor of Nantong University, delivered a report, and Lu Zhong Hua, secretary of the Party Working Committee of the demonstration zone, presided over the meeting.

At the report meeting, Ji Mingming systematically expounded and interpreted the meeting from five aspects: a comprehensive understanding of the basic situation, preparation process, and significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China; a profound understanding of the theme of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China; a profound understanding of the importance and necessity, overall goal, and major principles of further comprehensively deepening reforms; a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the major measures for further comprehensively deepening reforms proposed in the "Decision"; and making every effort to implement the spirit of the plenary session. He emphasized that the study and implementation of the spirit of the plenary session should be combined with and integrated with General Secretary Xi Jinping's new ideas, viewpoints, and conclusions on comprehensively deepening reforms, and that reform implementation should be grasped with the spirit of "driving in nails" to transform the strategic deployment of further comprehensively deepening reforms into a powerful force to promote Chinese-style modernization.

Lu Zhong Hua pointed out that the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a general mobilization and deployment to promote the comprehensive deepening of reforms to a wider and deeper level at a new historical starting point, and it has milestone significance in the history of China's reform and opening up. All levels of Party organizations in the demonstration zone should, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Central Committee, the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees, and the Party Working Committee of the demonstration zone, continuously increase efforts, expand depth, and extend breadth to comprehensively and accurately grasp the rich connotation of the spirit of the plenary session. We should earnestly organize learning and training, widely carry out social publicity, and do a high-level and high-quality job of concentrated publicity to accelerate the creation of a strong atmosphere in the whole society for learning, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the plenary session. The whole region should take the study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as a powerful driving force, unswervingly anchoring the various goals and tasks determined at the beginning of the year, and with the spirit of seizing the day, seeking truth and being pragmatic, and grasping the work to the end, we will strive to attract investment, improve efficiency, and optimize services, attack the "third quarter", and decisively win the "fourth quarter", and strive to hand in an excellent annual report card of sustainable rapid growth.

All leading members of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of the demonstration zone; members of the leading groups of the court, procuratorate, various bureaus (offices, centers, special teams), and various institutions stationed in the zone; deputies to the National People's Congress and members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference at both the municipal and district levels; representatives of Party secretaries of "two new" organizations in the demonstration zone; and Party secretaries of various communities in the First Office attended the meeting. Middle and above-level cadres of Sanyu Town and Party secretaries of various villages (communities) listened and watched the meeting simultaneously at a branch venue.

Before the report meeting, Ji Mingming also went to Huarui (Jiangsu) Gas Turbine Service Co., Ltd. to conduct interactive publicity on the study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with representatives of the company's employees.
