Demonstration Zone holds monthly economic operation analysis meeting

Lu Zhong Hua emphasized: We must make every effort to accelerate the cultivation of new growth points. We must unswervingly improve investment attraction, accelerate the improvement of investment attraction professionalism through optimizing the business environment, improving service efficiency, and strengthening industrial chain supporting measures, and rapidly promote the implementation of projects in hand and under discussion. We must leverage the role of funds, make full use of fund investment attraction, and strengthen communication and coordination with municipal funds. We must deeply tap potential in the process of serving enterprises, excavate a batch of effective project information, and promote the implementation of a batch of "small but refined" high-quality projects. We must earnestly improve industrial cultivation, attach great importance to and accurately and quickly cultivate, and promote the "early start" and "full entry" of new growth point projects.

We must promote the development of the service industry. We must effectively do a good job in service guarantee for existing above-scale wholesale enterprises and promote their high-quality development. We must increase the efforts to attract service industry projects, study and introduce measures to support the development of the service industry, and promote the implementation of service industry projects in a timely manner. We must do a good job in enterprise investigation and service, closely monitor key nodes to ensure that service enterprises achieve scale and standardization as soon as possible. We must accelerate the formulation and introduction of policies for large-scale equipment upgrades and consumer goods trade-ins in the demonstration zone, tap the potential of basic consumption through industry integration, cultivate and expand new consumption through scenario innovation, and activate and release the consumption potential of residents from multiple angles.

We must earnestly grasp and implement enterprise services. All departments in the demonstration zone should further implement the responsibility decomposition and implementation of industrial cultivation, increase efforts to support enterprises, strengthen enterprise service visits, ensure that preferential policies reach enterprises directly, make good use of the "Bay Area Worry-Free" enterprise problem feedback direct access platform, and promote the efficient closed-loop of problem collection, coordination, and handling. We must achieve efficient linkage, quickly sort out various problems that restrict the development of the business environment, form a rectification list, and strengthen supervision and assessment. We must strengthen cross-departmental, cross-regional, and cross-level business coordination to achieve full-chain supervision before, during, and after the event.

Shi Hongjie pointed out that we should strengthen the analysis and research of the economic situation, control the quality from the source, make up for shortcomings, closely monitor problems, analyze the causes, and enhance the pertinence of countermeasures. We should increase equipment investment and push equipment investment as a top priority. We should strengthen government-enterprise relations, conduct batch-by-batch and phased full-coverage surveys of enterprise conditions and tap project potential. All responsible departments should use list-based management to promote the efficient implementation of various tasks and form a joint effort for joint management.

At the meeting, relevant departments reported on the operation of various economic indicators in August, as well as the progress, shortcomings, and next steps of technological innovation, patent applications, talent introduction, and service industry cultivation.
