2017 Hongyang Dingyou Annual Meeting

As spring approaches and all things are renewed, Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. held its 2017 annual meeting on January 23, 2017, under the theme of "Hongyang Family, Building a Dream Together." Hongyang Love Fund is an indispensable part of the corporate culture of Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. At this annual meeting, Hongyang Plush presented the Hongyang Scholarship, Hongyang Tuition Assistance, and Hongyang Poverty Relief Fund. The Hongyang Tuition Assistance is for the children of employees who are both Hongyang employees. The Hongyang Scholarship is for children of Hongyang employees who excel in their studies. The Hongyang Poverty Relief Fund is for Hongyang employees facing family difficulties. Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. established the Hongyang Love Fund to give back to society and care for its employees, helping those in need within the company and society. The Hongyang Fashion Show is an indispensable and outstanding program at the annual meeting of Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. Hongyang's handsome men and beautiful women showcased Hongyang's high-quality products. Each elegant and exquisite garment is a masterpiece of Hongyang's hard work and dedication. Of course, there were many fun games at the annual meeting, allowing employees who had worked hard all year to enjoy the New Year. The dinner and lottery draw were also the most popular parts of the annual meeting.

Craftsmanship, collective creation, shaping the century-old Hongyang dream

In April, as spring begins to warm the earth, Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. held a commencement ceremony themed "Craftsmanship, Collective Creation, Shaping the Centennial Hongyang Dream." The ceremony aimed to summarize the achievements and lessons of 2016 and to elaborate on the company's development and management reforms in 2017. In 2016, Nantong Hongyang Plush Products Co., Ltd. faced unprecedented difficulties, but all employees throughout the company withstood the pressure and worked together to overcome all obstacles. Executive Vice President Song Yuqin first delivered a summary report on the company's performance in 2016. Due to various factors, the company failed to achieve its predetermined targets in 2016. During the year's production process, several team technical and management issues emerged. To address the numerous internal problems facing the company, the company introduced the Amoeba management model at the end of 2016. According to the Amoeba management model, the company's subsidiaries will be divided into four profit Amoebas. At this ceremony, the appointment and swearing-in ceremony of the Amoeba leaders took place. The four Amoeba leaders are: Gu Feifei (Factory 1), Wang Binbin (Factory 2), Wang Qingwei (Factory 3), and Song Yuqin (Sales Department). The Amoeba leaders took an oath, accepting their appointments and pledging to be strict with themselves, setting a good example, and leading their teams to complete all tasks assigned by headquarters. Respecting teachers and valuing education is one of the core values of Hongyang culture. To enable new employees to better master production skills, an apprenticeship ceremony is held every year at the commencement ceremony. The apprenticeship ceremony helps new employees integrate into the company more quickly, and also allows veteran employees to better accept these new employees. Finally, General Manager Huang Yubing delivered a report titled "Craftsmanship, Collective Creation, Shaping the Centennial Hongyang Dream." In his report, Mr. Huang explained the company's new policies for 2017, including performance appraisal, proposal incentive mechanisms, responsibility mechanisms, and optimized employee welfare mechanisms.
